Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Rates & Fees
- Free shipping on all orders over R1,250.
- Orders below R1,250 are subject to a R119 standard delivery fee.
- Express Delivery (1-3 business days): Available to main areas only.
- All orders are shipped via courier.
- We do not charge any handling fees.
2. Processing & Delivery Times
- Orders are dispatched within one working day after payment confirmation.

Delivery timeframes:
- 2 – 5 business days for main cities.
- Up to 7 business days for outlying areas.
- All orders are shipped via courier delivery.
- Express Delivery prices apply to main areas such as Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Durban, East London, Johannesburg, Polokwane, Port Elizabeth, and Pretoria. Surrounding areas may be excluded.
- Additional charges apply for delivery to remote areas.
- Delivery times are estimates and exclude the collection day.
- Orders are shipped only on business days: Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed on the following working day.
3. Shipping Carriers & Tracking
- We partner with leading courier companies to ensure reliable and fast delivery.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking email with a link to track your package.
- Customers can use the courier’s website to check delivery updates.
- Delivery periods may be affected by strikes, severe weather, and third-party courier delays. If a delay happens, we will follow up and handle queries with the courier.
4. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship nationwide within South Africa.
International shipping is available upon request—please contact us before placing an order for international delivery options.
Unfortunately, once payment is received and you have received your Payment Confirmation email, we cannot change the delivery address.
5. Failed Deliveries & Returns
If a delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or absence at the delivery location, the courier may attempt redelivery. If redelivery is unsuccessful, the package may be returned to us.
